Tell us what is wrong by WhatsApp, phone or the form below, and we will agree a time that suits you.
Contact usDownload the AnyDesk app from the official AnyDesk website and open it. It shows a number on your screen, called your AnyDesk address.
Download AnyDeskSend us the number shown in AnyDesk. When we connect, a request appears on your screen and you choose Accept.
You see everything we do on your screen and can end the session at any time. We tell you when it is done.
Only accept a connection from us when you are expecting it. Always download AnyDesk from anydesk.com, never share your passwords or banking details, and close AnyDesk when we are finished. Remote support cannot fix physical damage, so those jobs come to our workshop.

Vuyisani Fortune Sayo is the founder of Sphola Digital Solutions, a Cape Town company that brings creative design and smart technology together.
Vuyisani has worked in IT support and network operations since 2022, supporting network connectivity, system monitoring, user troubleshooting and live-streaming operations. He completed Cisco Networking Academy training at the College of Cape Town, including IT Essentials and all three CCNA v7 courses, and holds a First Aid NQF Level 1 certificate.
Since 2022 he has also run Creative Graphic Designs, delivering logos, flyers, social media content and professional websites for local businesses. Sphola was built so that businesses can deal with one dependable team for their branding, their website and their technology, instead of managing several suppliers.
